Especially for a Westchester resident, my car buying experience at Potamkin Hyundai in Manhattan couldn’t have been easier thanks to Jack Schwartz and Paul Solis. This is my second Hyundai Sonata purchase from them in the past two years. Like last time, I went on-line to TrueCar, received the lowest quote from Potamkin of three dealers. I spoke to Jack by phone who confirmed that they had the make, model, color and options package I wanted and he even sent me a picture of the car’s factory invoice listing all details and my no-haggle TrueCar price in writing. I confirmed the purchase the next day. On Saturday, I took Metro North to Harlem - 125th street station and walked a few blocks to their dealership. I met again with Paul who walked me through the purchase process and explained the car’s new features while in the car. Just 90 minutes later, I was driving my new car home. Everything was as promised. No surprises. No pressure. Just great service. Can’t recommend them highly enough. And no, this is not a paid write-up. Great customer service. Been in the customer service business for over 10 years. And when a General manager calls you himself.......and delivers an amazing experience with no hassle, without the pushy salesmanship tactics i have to give credit where credit is due. Same experience was handed to me from brian when I came to pick up my car. They didn't sneak any hidden cost or mis represent anything. Out standing purchasing experience. Thanks to Jack Schwartz and his staff, this was without question, the best car purchase/leasing experience my wife and I have ever had. A couple of phone calls with Jack and we got the car we wanted, with the option package we desired at the best price offered anywhere. When we arrived at the dealership, everything that we spoke about on the phone was honored, no questions asked, no games. True transparency and professionalism though out the entire process. Our time at the dealership was less than 2 hours and that included turning in our expiring leased vehicle. This was by far my BEST car leasing experience. It actually seemed a little too good to be true, but I am so glad that I went w/ Potamkin Hyundai! Jack and Ariel were AMAZING! What was quoted to me by Jack Mgr is what I am paying, not a dollar more... The customer service here is just so AWESOME!!! I have leased a few cars and this is by far the best and least time consuming lease I have ever had. No gimmicks! No games! I am appreciative for the "no pressure" once the price was quoted to me. I was given time to think and then I called Jack back when I was ready to proceed. Ariel picked me up from the train station on the day I was going to lease my 2018 Hyundai Sonata Sport. He set up everything for me regarding my insurance, linking my phone to my car, etc. Everyone was right on from the Finance Mgr sorry I forgot his name, Jack and Ariel! Great experience! Went online to look for a vehicle through TrueCar, got a call from the GM Jack in less than five minutes. He called to confirm the vehicle I wanted, gave me numbers and asked that I call back if I was interested. I didn't have a way to get to the dealer; Jack offered to send a car for me that's great business I ended up getting a ride to the dealer on my own but he assured me that if I needed a ride he had no problem sending a car for me. When I got to the dealer I met with Ariel. Ariel showed me the vehicle, we sat down and got right to business. I couldn't believe everything was going so smoothly but was beyond relieved. No hassle, No drama!! From start to finish I had the best experience and I will be recommending this dealer to everyone I know!! After my purchase Ariel made one last trip outside with me, and gave me a quick tutorial on the vehicle. I drove off a very happy customer!! I just purchased 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe from Potamkin Hyundai. This was the easiest, quickest, and best car purchase experience I ever had. I started my car purchase from on line advertisement on the Potamkin Hyundai NY web site, and pick out the I wanted from deal stock. The advertise price was the price no games no gimmicks, and want Thank Jack Schwartz General Manager, Brien Goodwin Sales Consultant, Tomas the Finance Manager for professional and true transparency though out the entire process.

Well this review is two parted. From the sales side Jack is very professional. My car was delivered two days after initially promised. No big deal. Got a great price but wish I never bought a Hyundai. Service on the other hand not good at all. Twice my car was there for service. Once when I had a tire blow out. They took three days to throw a tire on. They over inflated all my tires and I had to go pay to have the tire balanced as they slapped it on and never balanced it and it was not worth it for me to go back. Second time for service with corporate involved they kept the car for a week, found nothing and told me they drove the car 20 miles as a test drive but in actuality only six miles. Personally I would never recommend a Hyundai to anyone but if you really feel the need to own one then go see Jack.

Smoothest car purchase ever! Jack Schwartz called me right before I left my house to go to a different dealer, I told Jack this. Jack made me an offer. When I arrived at Potamkin, Jack introduced me to Danielle Sawyer who showed me the car. Jack came back tell me the price. It was exactly what the price he promised me! Kyle, the gentleman in charge of finance was pleasant. The customer service from everyone was great. No haggling, no pushing of any packages. This is my first Hyundai, if I get another, I'm coming back here!

I purchased my car at Potamkin Hyundai. It was a wonderful experience. Everything went smooth and well. There was never a waiting period. I recently leased a 2016 Hyundai Sport AWD from Potamkin. I went to multiple dealers on Long Island and I have to say that this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Jack and Paul are fantastic. I called Jack at the beginning of the week and he gave me the exact costs down to the penny. They beat other Hyundai dealers by over $1,000. Then I went yesterday and had the pleasure of meeting Paul. What a wonderful person. Incredibly knowledgable about the car and knew how to have a good conversation and not be pushy. I left in an hour with my car with the exact costs that Jack explained to me. I am incredibly happy with the car and I highly recommend the vehicle to anyone. Whether you buy a Hyundai or not is up to you, but if you are, going to Jack and Paul is simply a no-brainer. Well worth the 35 mile drive into Manhattan.
