My husband and I searched for months to find the right company to meet our needs and when we met with the owner, Steve, he assured us that we made the right choice. He was easy to work with and TRULY cares about the quality of his work. He promised that our neighbors would be jealous Well…he was correct. We’ve received so many compliments. We selected to have a covered porch and deck combination that included shadow-boxing around the porch. Jose, the project supervisor is very detailed in his artistry and was very polite. He and his crew arrived on time and worked diligently. When the project was complete, Steve personally did the walkthrough with us and made sure we were pleased. The folks at Powerhouse did a terrific job building our new deck. Steve the boss impressed right from the estimate stage in discussing what we wanted, what options were, and clearly answered questions about everything from materials to permits. The crew that did the work did an excellent job. "Craftsmanship" counts even with decks, and everything they did was tight, smooth straight and plumb and they did all the fussy trim that shows professional attention to detail. Great result!

My wife and I are very excited to have a gorgeous screened in porch and new deck. Powerhouse was very easy to work with, the crew was very meticulous and artful in their craft. We hired Steve to replace our deck ~380 sq ft and build a screened in porch on most of it. His crew did a fantastic job and were very nice. Worked long hours to complete the job on time. Every detail was accounted for including little touches for molding. Highly recommend.
