PPAC Garage

Tried to pre-purchase event parking and there was an error with the website (it processed the payment but did not send us the parking pass). When we arrived at the parking garage the guy working there would not even listen to us or even try to look up the info - which was contrary to what the girl in customer service had explained to us over the phone - so we had to pay for parking twice and the delay almost made us late to the show. If it wasn't so close to the venue I would never even think of going there again. I would suggest if you need to use this garage to pay when you arrive and make sure that you arrive very early as they seem to be very disorganized.

Convenient location but it took forever to get in and out before and after the event.

Convenient but takes forever to get out of after a show. Also note that the price increases as it fills up before a show! Between entering and heading into PPAC, it went up $10! I prefer other lots nearby. It's further but it's a lot less chaotic. Everyone leaving a show is in the way as they Cross the street where you need to leave. I wouldn't park here again.

The best thing about this garage is it's convenient to the PPAC. I hope to never use it again, I'd rather walk a few blocks. I've paid less to park in Boston for events and never have I been trying to exit a garage after an event where there are no visible employees to help the flow of traffic.

Price is WAY higher than surrounding lots.
