Precision Door Service

Normally I don't write reviews, but the service from Precision Door was outstanding !! Kris Howard was our technician and was very thorough and knowledgeable. The customer service team was awesome as well in following up on job satisfaction. These are rare traits seen in companies these days. Prices are very reasonable as well. Great job. Thanks again.

These people are absolutely amazing! I called on Tuesday night at 7:30 and they were here the next day just as they said they would be. Our technician Nelson Tillman was outstanding. He gave us 3 options to choose from and explained each one in depth and then got to work immediately and was done very quickly. He was very professional and courteous. The next day I got a call from Precision to make sure everything was completed. Excellent company.

This is the second time that I have used Precision Door Service since moving to Jackson 2 months ago. I had to replace 3 garage door motors (not all at once). Nelson arrived on time and was very professional throughout the installation process. He even offered to come back a few hours after the install to program the third garage door opener to one of the motors since we didn't have access to that motor earlier. He went above and beyond on his customer service. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to repair or replace their existing garage door or system. They were able to come and do the work on the same day that I called them.

I called this morning after 8. Our appointment was going to be between 2 and 4 this afternoon. Our technician was here around 11:00! Wow, we are not used to anyone showing up on time - much less early. Nelson, the technician, was so helpful. He seemed to be genuinely glad to be here. He had a smile on is face and was very professional. If you could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thanks for the great service.
