Long story. LG was very slow to schedule this service. But, when the Precision Services technician finally arrived, he was knowledgeable, personable and helpful. We hope never to need this company again but in the event that something goes wrong, we will use them.<div class="JRGY0
Precision did the service per warranty on my LG refrig. The service person was on time, professional, knowledgeable and identified the problem right away. He ordered the part and returned in 2 weeks to install it. Great experience. Good communication from the company about the appointments and technician. All around good service.<div class="JRGY0
