Premier Boarding

Has the staff changed or what??! I don't think I've ever given a low rating. But I was compelled to share this experience. We have been long time clients. Recently, we took our pet to be boarded for the day. Our pet was brought in clean and picked up extremely dirty and smelled awful. I had to take her to a groomer before we could even bring her in the house. We called to inquire as to what happened. No return call. But we did get a letter from the owner (who we have never seen or spoken with) saying, in essence, if you don't like our service, find another kennel. What?! What kind of business does this?! Our first thought was, there must be a mistake or misunderstanding. We have been with them for a long time and we were just addressing a concern as to the well-being and care of our pet while in their care. Instead of addressing the concern, they suggested that we find another kennel. Yes! We sure will. Would not recommend this kennel until they get it together. Pets are important members of people's families. Their well-being and care, even in a boarding kennel, should be important too.

I always trust when my Harry goes he is well taken care of and gets lots of love and attention. The staff treat your babies as their own babies. And Kaitlyn is always very professional and prompt getting me checked in and checked out. Will not use anyone else.

Wonderful staff, really helped me out when i was moving to little rock and needed to board my pups!!

We've boarded our dogs here several times. The staff is great and our dogs always leave happy and healthy.
