Excellent customer service here. I've been to this store / range twice within the last month... first time was to check it out and I bought a new 9mm on that visit. Evan took care of me with the trade-in value and applied it to the new pistol buy. The trade-in was fair and I bought a model that I liked better. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Today, I made the second visit and tried the range. It's clean and monitored by a ranger. Andy was the ranger in my section and he was very helpful, especially when one of my 22lr pistols jammed due to the ammunition I had brought from home. He fixed the jam and I was back in business. It's a nice place to practice shooting and they have a friendly staff, and definitely attentive to customers.

A little off the beaten path but worth every mile! Premier is a fantastic property. Beautiful courses. Clean and inviting atmosphere. Restrooms are spotless and well kept. All equipment is new and super reliable. Owner (Rebecca) is a very hospitable and easy going person. I have truly enjoyed every shoot at Premier. Deserves 10 stars! I would highly recommend a visit. Guarantee you'll be back!

Very safe and clean shooting range, friendly and knowledgeable staff. If you are a frequent shooter they offer memberships of different levels that may be cost effective over paying for every hour if you go often. The training classes offered are very safe, informative and fun as well. I would recommend this as a good place to complete concealed carry required classes and further training as well. They also have a martial arts side but I am not familiar with that aspect of Premier.

Took my ccw class today.Everyone was so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Our instructors were Amber, Thomas and Irv who were great at explaining and answering everything from the presentation and our questions. Also Phil and the GM, whose name I can't remember, spoke at the end of the class and took time to answer everyone's questions after class. Also everyone on the sales floor and range counter are extremely nice, helpful and will take time for any questions you have. I was picking out a Vertix bag and John R spent over a half hour going over the bag and how all it functions with myself and another guy answering all over our questions. I love this place and it combines the low prices and high standards a range should have that others do not. I look forward to taking all of their classes multiple times. Bottom line is I can't say enough good things about Premier and it's staff.

Very helpful staff and lots of learning experience and knowledge of firearms. Needed this 60 years ago.
