Premium Parking

It would be a good place to park, but it's always an issue to get access to the parking lot on foot. No access code is sent by SMS and if you call the number displayed outside no one will answer. Please fix this big issue!!!

I don't normally leave reviews but what I experienced today was almost fraudulent. This company will have your car booted even if you have a valid, unexpired reservation, and they will literally make up reasons as to the cause. It's sad because this is a decent garage with a competitive rate...it's too bad its run by crooks.

Clean and safe envorment and a short walk to down town. Me and my daughter went to the Christmas parade and the mall where someone later stole my bank card. We don't live in New Orleans and we were stranded and couldn't pay to get out and my phone was dead and it was night before we got back to the car after dealing with the police at the mall. I am so very greatful I was so scared being with my daughter out of town stranded. Now every time I go to new orleans I will only park here. Thank you so much for helping us.

There are available spaces on a work day, and an elevator. What more can you ask for in a parking garage? And now that the promotion is over at the garage by Dave & Busters, it costs the same.

Advertising $7.00 early bird special from 9 am until 6 pm. Was there only 1 hour and was charged 20.00. Please park somewhere else if at all possible. Crooks run this place.

The machine is always broken to exit and pay. 430 in the afternoon. Broken. Consistently..

Prices are RIDICULOUS. You pay taxes on parking? Who does that??
