The 3 star rating is because there are some sketchy people in the area. Some random guy was moving around the parking lot bothering people. My advice is to maintain awareness of your surroundings and don’t let anyone get too close to you. Other than that, you should be fine. The prices are fair and Premium Parking has an app where you can reserve space ahead of time. Also, you can add more time if you need longer than originally requested.

Waiting here since 1:40 for a Multi Vehicle Break in... Lots of Signs No Camera! Police never did show up after 5 Hours.

Highly recommend this lot as an alternative to Higgins Hotel parking. I paid $92 for five nights instead of $200 at the hotel. Make reservations before hand. I had no issues with safety or environment. There was even some shade for most of the day if you parked near the building.

Decent lot, but seriously it's super duper expensive. Usually I use the ParkWhiz app in advance and find significantly cheaper parking, and the sticker shock here will make me stay away from NOLA without prior planning, especially since I needed short term parking at dawn and the lot was empty in two of their lots over a 4 hour period I spent $31. I give it two stars because the spaces are clearly marked and I got no door dings. The price is a real bring down.

kind of expensive but really convenient. can pay at the kiosk or text a number to pay. I did the text and got notifications when my time was nearing the end and then when my time expired. first time seeing this in a parking lot and I loved it. not even a block from ww2 museum. would park here again.
