We hope to use our FB page as a place to gather and share information about pregnancy, birth, community, as well as share things that inspire us, and drive us to be the amazing human beings that we are!!
Prenatal Method offers teacher trainings both nationally, and internationally to educate yoga teachers, nurses, wellness counselors, and personal trainers about the benefits of yoga during pregnancy and the postpartum period. We focus our energy on the experience of pregnancy and childbirth, as well as gaining knowledge and becoming informed consumers during the process of becoming a parent. Our belief is that pregnancy, birth, and parenthood will transform your life--so why not make that transformation a strong, powerful, and graceful one?
Our mission is to integrate yoga and education to empower students to take control of their health and well being during pregnancy, and the postpartum period. We strive to be a source of information for our students while they make the best possible decisions regarding their unique pregnancy and birth experience.
