Story

The word sangha translates from the Sanskrit language as "community". Sangha Studio serves as a place where we can all feel supported and encouraged within our community and our ideas, in our yoga practice, and in our lives. Sangha Studio provides classes and events with the intention of growing community both inside and outside the studio.

Burlington's nonprofit, donation-based yoga studio! All classes are donation-based (suggested $10-$15) or become a Monthly Sustaining Member for $60/month and practice as often as you'd like.

Our mission: to build an empowered community through a shared practice of yoga.

Stop by and visit us throughout the day! Say hi, ask questions, work on your handstands, grab a cup of tea, meditate (or nap), whatever! We want to get to know you! If our door is open, then stop on in. If our door is closed, then we're either in a class or are closed. We pride ourselves on getting to know you, your place in our community, and on providing a place for you to relax and restore!
