Nurse Audra is so amazing. Sweet and caring. She also treated me like I was a member of the family. When I went through a rough spot she reminded me that I'm just human like everyone else, and to never apologize for being sick. The way she brought personal humanity to her job and still remained very professional was amazing. This is how all medical staff should be, even when they are exhausted and overwhelmed. Howevere, I know there are some circumstances that are definitely excused. Thank you Nurse Audra.
Very friendly and attentive staff. Dr.Boyd and the nurses & staff ALL provided exceptional and prompt care. They were very thorough and professional. I am so blessed to have been treated so well by such extraordinary, caring, experienced staff at Presbyterian Urgent Care.
Dr. Sandy didn’t really answer my questions, I came in with a blood clot and while I was there I had one of my feet swell up significantly more than the other. My partner asked staff to tell her and they said they would but she never got back to us. When she came to us I told her I had another question as did my partner and she said “let me just get a blood pressure cuff real quick” and then left. She did not come back and when I asked the nurse to go get her she told me that it was too late and I would need to recheck in which was impossible because I had already been away from my 5 day old for hours. She scolded me for not asking sooner even though I did and I had even asked other staff to tell the doctor. Overall an okay experience but I did not appreciate being sent home without my questions answered especially after having to wait six hours in a hallway.
Did a telemedicine appointment for my son who was just seen at location the past weekend, told it was a stomach bug. I only requested this telemedicine appointment because his symptoms didn’t seem to be letting up. The Dr didn’t introduce himself talked to me for a few minutes if that and just told me to go back in. Now usually a telemedicine is for people who can’t make it in, which was my situation otherwise I would have been in. I was trying to see if there was anything else I could do for my son. Extremely disappointed!
I was there from 540pm-130am. And never saw a doctor until I was discharged. I was there for abdominal pain, and no one palpated my abdomen. No doctor came to get my medical history. Nothing. I will never return to PresNow. I used to love this urgent care/ ER, and went back on multiple occasions. But not anymore.
The dr was incredible. He really connected with my daughter and I. Made sure that we understood what was going to happen next and what we needed to do when we left. He was amazing! The nurse that helped with the first dose of medication was very friendly. The clerk was nice and the intake person was friendly as well. The best experience we have ever had at the urgent care. Presbyterian is very lucky to have that doctor there.
Over all the best ER!!! Everyone was super friendly and professional. Saw the doctor for not even a minute which I think is somewhat normal because he was so busy. The nurses made up for that tho, they were very thorough and friendly!!! The wait was not that long in the waiting room which was greatly appreciated due to being in pain. Rooms were large and clean. My daughter took me to this ER all the way from Corrales, definitely worth the drive!!! The other Presbyterian ER's are horrible!!! Especially the one over by the west side, that was a traumatic experience due to people working there being incredibly rude and impatient!!! Will only be coming back to this ER if needed in the future.
I got great care. Was in out of there in 45 minutes. Had my medication in my hands 30 minutes after I left. My physician was very nice, friendly and Helpful. My only complaint was the M.A. that took me back was not very welcoming. But still did a good job.
Took my baby here for wheezing. They payed attention to everything I said. They ordered tests very thoroughly. I even asked if they can add on a strep. They were happy to do so. They took his vitals promptly, swabbed him, and let me know of his test results when they called us back that he had RSV. They treated him and gave us a prescription to take home. I was happy to take him here. Other drs don’t usually listen and just say give Tylenol.
I was treated in a very timely and professional manner. All personnel technicians and physicians were interested and provided appropriate tests and referrals. I appreciated the care during my needed assistance.
