No one loves going to the dentist, it's true, but the staff at Presidential makes it the best possible experience. They are friendly, comforting, competent and quick! Dr. Brown is fantastic, her bedside manner is impeccable, she walks you through every step of the work she is doing and responds As a person with autism for whom dental visits are particularly difficult, this team knows how to reduce anxiety and do beautiful work at the same time. Thank you, team! Y'all are amazing!

I was recommended to Dr. Brown by a good friend of mine and this was one of the best dental experiences I have had in a long time! She and her staff were so friendly, the office is pristine and she explained everything to me very clearly. I have my next appointment booked already and I'm glad to have a new long term dental provider.

This is the Best dentist office I visited in awhile. Their staff is out of this world, very knowledgeable and helpful. Ms.Lucy at the front and dental assistant Jay made me feel comfortable. This is my New Dentist Office now.

I never really felt looked after at Presidential. Ivory the lead dentist flits from chair to chair while the nurses set people up for treatment in parallel. It's probably a profitable and popular approach, but there's a lot of sitting around, feeling forgotten. I found Ivory and her nurses polite and friendly, but Ivory herself quite condescending. Procedures crown on rear molar were only explained when I asked, and my questions about what was being done to me and why were treated with impatience, as if I should know already or like it wasn't my business. The work itself was OK - I had to have an impression redone as it was taken wrong and no-one followed with me to say that, I had to chase them. Overall I wouldn't recommend, despite the work they do and the environment being good.

I highly recommend this dental office. The staff is friendly, accommodating and demonstrate expertise in all dental areas. I love the location, and the high-end building is gorgeous. I’ve been coming here for about a year and I plan to remain a loyal client. Thank you !

I went in for a Zoom cleaning. Talked with Dr. Brown, Larrece, and Nicole at the front desk. They were all incredibly pleasant and professional. My teeth are noticeably whiter! A couple of pro tips: 1. Use the restroom before the hour long procedure, and 2. Know that you can only eat white and clear foods 48 hours after the whitening.

This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to in my life. I wish I’d found them years ago. 100% pro, excellent bedside manner, all-around expertise. It was actually fun to be there.

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I entered to the moment I left. One, the energy and vibe of the office was soothing, with great music selection if you’re ever anxious about the dentist. Staff is attentive and super friendly!! And Dr. Brown was amazing, she walked me through everything, explained it all, answered my questions and created a comforting space! So glad to have them apart of my medical team!!

Everyone working here was so easy to talk to and kind. They made my experience relaxing and comfortable. I especially appreciated my dental hygienist for chatting with me to calm my nerves, and the front desk lady who explained my treatment plan so I knew exactly what I did and did not have to pay for.
