Have always loved their Soups n salads from London visits. Both their chicken and tomato soups were hot n yummy. Would visit Prêt anytime - have noticed if you’re too late for lunch - 3pm - food choices reduce cause they are sold out.

This place has the best tasting macaroni and cheese dish! They are also very accommodating to their customers. Accessible to subway stations and is very to everything. Coffee is great as well. We enjoyed their fresh baked croissants. It’s buttery and light. Happy eating.

Good option for a quick bite before a Broadway Show. They have lots of options including vegetarian options and all at a reasonable price. They have sandwiches , soups , salads, and even macaroni and cheese. The staff is very friendly as well.

Been there on the 31/12/2022 at around 10.30 am . The woman who took my order was very unfriendly and rude Hispanic , she doesn’t know how to talk to customers , please choose your employees carefully and you should make sure they know how to talk to customers . Am not sure why she was rude with me and my wife maybe she is racist because she heard me talking to my wife in Arabic ?????

As a pret monthly coffee subscriber I’ve be to 15+ pret locations in Manhattan, the working attitude of the male staff at the counter who’s taking order, is NOT OK. Apparently he doesn’t want to be here, doing everything super slowly with an “annoying face”, that’s not what customers deserve to see. Please find your own passion and stop ruin customer’s good day.

Chicken avocado salads is fresh, Egg bacon baguette is tasty! Latte is flat… maybe too much milk!

Amazing black coffee + Tune sandwiches

Always communicate to your customers- the good news or the bad news! This place lacks elementary understanding of how to handle their customers. I ordered and paid for regular coffee, and started waiting for my order. Nobody told me that they had run out of regular coffee. So I kept on waiting until a staff member handed me a cappuccino, again without explaining that they gave run out of regular coffee. I refused since I am in dairy- free diet and kept on waiting until finally someone had the brilliant idea to spell it out: we run out of regular coffee and you have to wait until a new batch is being prepared. After a ton of frustration, I was issued a refund and I left with a spoiled morning.

Friendly, hard working staff, when they were not helping customers, they were out and about cleaning tables, restocking napkins and coffee supplies, sweeping floors, etc. They were amazing to watch as they worked. Extremely kind manager/supervisor who made my day by her kindness. Thank you! And the food was good too!

When the manager is around, things are okay. But she is often not out front, and the staff working there now routinely ignores customers waiting to pay, instead talking amongst themselves and playing with their phones. The food and prices are fine--in line with what this chain charges anywhere--but the SERVICE is TERRIBLE, especially at lunchtime!!! Better off eating at a food cart in this area or ANY other restaurnt.
