Perfect coffee and snacks! The most authentic Italian cornetti croissants I’ve come across in NYC. You can taste the typical hint of lemon peel in the dough and the fillings are great. Vanilla cream is not too sweet, just perfect. Cappuccino throws me back to Italy!
Best way of going to Italia without a passport. Order one of everything since you won't be disappointed! Don't be fooled by the size since the baking is done on the premises in the back. Excellence is almost God like here.
Surprised at the high ratings here. Can’t speak to food, but as far as espresso goes, this place is not exactly great. Espresso was hollow and over extracted, cappuccino milk was so-so. Its definitely an old school and interesting vibe limited outdoor seating only but won’t be visiting again.
I am a coffee lover, and live in Europe. Still in America, it is very hard to find a good coffee. Old style american coffee is general. I was so surprised when I had a coffee at this little place. Just one sip and I loved their coffee.
Overpriced venue with undertrained staff and cold coffee. Authenticity can't be limited to decor and offering, staff should know where to find the baci di dama when they're on the menu, know how to make an affogato and serve hot espressi in warm cups.
Nice coffee, but poor service. I asked for using a bathroom as paying customer and they told me to use Starbucks across the street, that their bathrooms are only for them and not for guests.
