Not as good as other Prets. Crowd includes many tourists with lots of backpacks and other luggage. Expect to be bumped into. Hot wraps not as well put together as other Prets. Cashiers generally slower and low energy compared to other locations.

Grateful that Pret is in New York: Fresh, delicious, colorful, healty, reasonably priced. Whatever is left is donated nightly to charity. Pret A Manger checks every box in my book!
Love their coffee and the chocolate croissants! So good. nice set-up; very friendly employees. Very affordable as well. The tables were a bit messy with crumbs but I won't put the blame on the employees. If customers want a clean cafe/restaurant then they should clean up after themselves. Yeah I said it.
