Pretty Lashes

Been going there for almost 1 year. Sincerely a clean and affordable lash place. Also, the work is fantastic. I get the sizes 13-15 in Glam which makes the eyes look amazing, and adds extra flair Personally, the lashes look best 1-2 weeks in when a couple have naturally fallen off. Best place to do lashes!

Pretty lashes is my always-go-to when it comes to lashes. I discovered them through internet too and when you reallyyyy desperate to have your lashes done even they have low rates, I gave it a shot. But, fortunately what their rate is untrue. They did a very good job, that lady with a black short hair, tall and white asiany, ask for her. She is the best! Ahe listen to you and she takes time too. I am just sad bec d/t Covid, I couldn't reach them through phone and when I went there, they are still close. Hope you guys are OK. I am waiting til you gonna reopen again.

I was told about the additional $27 charge before I went in for my appointment for the Groupon deal. I still chose to go ahead with it because it is still less expensive and has more lashes per eye for a full set than most places. She did a fantastic job. I will be returning :

This is by far the WORST place I’ve ever been to for eyelash extensions, and since I’ve been getting my lashes done for several years now I’m familiar with skilled professionals and high quality results. As soon as you enter and until you leave, any question you ask about the services rendered are met with a rude, dismissive or just inaccurate response. For example, I expressed my concern about the quality of lashes because lashes one eye were completely straight and those on the other eye were curled and she blamed me for putting water on them! I know how to take care of lashes, the difference wasn’t due to water and she was saying anything to rid them of blame for using poor quality lashes. Furthermore, they RIPPED my real eyelashes off instead of using a removal solution. She was literally pulling the lashes I had off with her hands! I have never been anywhere that does that, ever! When I complained about the pain and how she was removing them I was completely ignored. Imagine laying there unable to see with someone pulling your lashes off then ignoring you. Finally another girl came to try to translate what I was saying because the girl acted like she didn’t speak English, but “Ow” and flinching are universal signs of pain / discomfort. After pulling my real lashes off, she didn’t apply the lashes to my remaining lashes correctly, which lead to EXTREME BURNING. I could barely keep still. Again, this is not my first eyelash experience but what I felt wasn’t the typical burn you may get at times that goes away when they cool it down, it felt like she put the glue IN my eye. Fast forward to my exit, after suffering through the experience I made my payment. There were no other customers around, only the remaining employees. These girls huddled up in the most aggressive and antagonizing stance possible and DEMANDED I tip them after I already paid for terrible service. This has never happened to me anywhere and I’m a firm believer of tipping for good service. But they literally treat you like an animal, ignore you, then BULLY & ANTAGONIZE you into giving them more money! I had to wash my eye out with water right after because the pain was so bad, they didn’t even care. And I’m not assuming they don’t care, after taking my money I expressed how I’d never been through anything like this and they said “WE DON’T CARE” and laughed! To make it worse they offer services on Groupon for marketing, do the same to those who purchase through there, but tell you not to buy from Groupon because Groupon can actually help when people go through these situations. They create this little loophole and use it to their advantage. Save yourself the pain, the loss of lashes and the straight robbery and go somewhere you’ll be safe and satisfied! Don’t be fooled by old reviews or the few that were lucky, several people have been through the same mistreatment as I have. We can’t all be lying.

Nice lashes for a good price, however they do not have the C curl lashes unless you get double mink. Double mink looks unnatural, but other lashes are nice

I Do not recommend , i purchased through Groupon and after calling for an appointment the lady insisted i pay $27 extra for the service. I told her it did not say that in the description; she wasn’t making any sense over the phone . I cancelled my order and i am going somewhere else.

My eyes burned during the process and are now bloodshot 12 hours later. Also they make you pay an extra $27 after you purchase on Groupon saying it’s a mandatory tip. Don’t go here.

They have really good service about lashes

If I could rate ZERO stars, I would. The WORST customer service ever. And anyone who obliges a customer to pay a SPECIFIC amount for a tip and an outrageous one at that doesn’t deserve one at all. Ridiculous.

Very nice people. Appointment was easy. Lashes look great!
