Story

Price Edwards & Company was founded in 1988 and is the largest full–service commercial real estate company headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Our employees are involved in the management and leasing of over 40 shopping centers with space totaling 4,500,000 square feet, 3,000 multifamily units and over 40 office and industrial buildings containing approximately 5,000,000 square feet. The firm also has a construction division and rehab division, which have capabilities ranging from remodeling projects to full–scale project construction. An investment sales division is responsible for the marketing and sale of commercial properties, including raw land. To date, the firm has sold approximately $1.2 billion of commercial assets.

Price Edwards & Company’s overall management is overseen by a Board of Partners. The Board of Partners is responsible for setting policies and planning for the partnership while Managing Partner Ford C. Price, Jr. runs the partnership on a daily basis. Carrying out the leasing, management, brokerage, construction and other services provided by Price Edwards & Company is a home office and on–site staff consisting of approximately 150 people including Certified Property Managers, Certified Public Accountants, brokers, leasing agents and construction specialists all committed to the highest level of service to our clients.
