The service comes with a lot of attitude. Please spend your money in places you are WELCOMED AND GREETED, this ain’t that! My mother introduced me to this place but was disappointed when the owner who usually does her nails stayed on the phone outside for over an hour. My mother waited patiently and the owner was aware she was there. After a while another nail tech offered to do her nails but she doesn’t like how she’s done them before. As my mother left she noticed the owner standing in front of the shop and put on her hood when my mother came out. Business owners should be more courteous and appreciative to their clients, let’s see how long they last

Me and my friend tried this place for the very first time today. The first woman that attended me kept messing up my nails, was very rude and ignored me as I told her they were crooked. She turned around and told another woman that I was being very disrespectful, cursing and whatnot. I never did any of that!! Someone else agreed to attend me and it turns out she was just as rude!!! She told me it was my fault my nails weren't coming out good, that its because my hands are small, and that I'm a waste of time. Once my friend paid for her stuff, the worker took what I supposedly owed out of my friend's money without saying anything trying to be low about it. The only reason she gave the money back was because we noticed. Cant believe she tried to play it off. Was so angry that I left with the tips on. The woman that attended my friend was the only good person there. She tried her best to make sure we both were happy and that we didnt leave upset.

Great service. They took me as a walk-in shortly before closing and were very friendly. Really happy with my manicure and will be coming again. And the prices are hard to beat.

I went with my daughter to get our nails done. My daughter had to ask the nail tech to change two nails that were put on crooked. Also it took almost two hours to do her nails… way too long. Finally one of her nails was shorter than the others and she asked to put on a new one and the nail tech wanted to charge an extra $5.00 for her mistake. Overall she was charged $85 + a $5.00 tip for poor service, extremely bad attitude and horrible nails which she ended up taking off when she got home. My experience was worse. Long story short… crooked nails asked nail tech to change and she caught attitude and told me she was not going to do my nails. I also had shape the nail tips because she had them all slanted. I waited for my daughter to finish and took off the tips that were too small for my nail bed. THE WORST NAIL TECHNICIANS !!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !!! UNFRIENDLY ……Services: Nail art

I have been coming here for about 2 years from all the way from downtown and I am very satisfied with the work on my nails .. the price is very affordable and the girls are great they are very detailed on what you want done on your nails and worth the money..Thank You Lilly Lucy Norma

I’ve been coming here for about a year. Love the way my girl Lucy does my nails. Prices are good and always leave satisfied. I have nothing bad to say but great service.

There is a language barrier. No one speaks English but the person who collects the money. Her hospitality sucks. I also think they are a little over priced.They also need to accommodate the larger person. Seats were uncomfortable.

It was a completely horrible experience I wanted a gel and manicure I always get French the lines were completely different usually takes an hour maybe less 2 hours later and I'm still sitting there as she's taking 30 minutes on One Nail wiping each now about 20 times to start right back over and my problem is not with her but the person who owns The Establishment who was supposed to hire real technicians there's no way that this lady had it her license and I will report your business to the BBC And I did pay $73 and told her she can keep that $7 out of the tip and walked out I tip More Than People tip that I actually get the service that they paid for
