Under new ownership recently, the Prima seems to have definitely improved. Delicious food, wonderful staff. Probably the best restaurant in moundsville

Excellent food...love the shrimp and crab salad! Great service and nice view of the drab river!

Good food, excellent service. The new owners have completely cleaned up the place and there's no cigarette smoke stink anymore. Very much enjoyed dinner there.
