Poor, slow service. Waitress seemed a bit off. Ordered soup (SOUP) and took over 40 minutes to get to the table; mind you we were there at 4:30pm and there were only two other tables that were sat. In addition to our server there were three other servers and a bartender. My Guest ordered the Corned Beef, the meat was still frozen. Really? Soup tasted like a salt lick. Not going back.

I forgot how much I love this place. Lived in Morgantown 26 years ago and have been back from time to time over the years and it is ALWAYS a great meal. The grilled steak salad with fries on top is terrific. I also love the atmosphere with the many televisions focused on sports, and the WVU themed decorations. If you are in Morgantown, this is a "must visit" destination. I may be over selling this a bit. But it's pretty good.

I used to frequent the Beanery as a student at WVU. We were looking for a place for 6 of us to eat before the WVU vs UK game and ended up here. They got us seated, and our server was wonderful. They were really busy, but we received our orders and refills promptly. Our food was very good. We will definitely return.
