Originally home to the grocer and butcher, Peter Smith & Sons Company (as is painted on the back of the building), PRIME + PROPER will bring renaissance to this space, introducing a reinvention of the Modern American Steakhouse.
This 10,000 sq. feet, two story space will feature the best cuts of meats in the city and include an extensive collection of wine, with more features to be announced..
