Prime Care Medical Center

This medical site is extremely difficult to reach by phone. Leaving required messages are hopeless since they are never answered or responded to. Just had a Miss B Davis give me a Junior High School sassy response to learning that I had gotten a covid test at a government test site. She seemed upset I used another physician without her consent. Told her how “grimy” she seemed trying to replicate her ghetto demeanor. Cant say much for Dr Evivie either since he refused to take my call or ever call me back but certainly quick to send me off for blood work. Are doctors here in NC starving for money with all the nonsense and no care for patients or is it just towards the not so fortunate that makes them unreachable.

I have been with thus Dr. For over 20 years and I never had a problem until he allowed his co worker to help him out. She is very unprofessional and keeps denying meds that she knows I need. She let's her personal issues cloud her professional judgment and it's sad to say after 20years I may have change doctors all because of this one person who will pick and choose what type of pain she thinks your faking. She will let you sit while she sign other people out that was finished after you. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Dr Evevie needs to realize the reason for his staff turnovers are because of whom he gives authority to.

I really wish my dad would let me find him a new PCP. The front desk never answers the phone!!!!. This is the most unprofessional doctor office I have EVER encountered.

I've been with PrimeCare Medical Center for 25 years. The doctors are wonderful, Dr Patrick evivie,Kwaku and Mcnelly are the best in Charlotte .I won't hesitate to recommend my friend to them.

If I could give zero Stars I would. Let's start with the positive. Kwaku is an excellent doctor very attentive. His bedside manner is impeccable. Neely is very dismissive, I almost find that typical. I've never had the opportunity to work with the other doctor.

It says you can schedule appointments online but then they cancel it and dont give any explanation.

If I could give 0 stars I would. As someone who is in customer service and provides the best possible service exceeding expectations in the customer service field. This place is severely disappointing to my family and I. If you have any loved ones you care about do not…DO NOT choose this provider.

As a veteran who has served others immaculately and experienced stellar service, this place beyond subpar to at least minimum customer service and care. If I could give negative stars I would. TRASH. Throw the entire building away.

11 November 2020, STAY AWAY! Why can I not rate "0" stars? I have been seen at this office the past 2 years and everytime I come in for a scheduled appointment, I wait a MINIMUM of 40mins in the lobby before called back. It's after 11am as I write this in the lobby today and I came in for a 10am appointment. When called back they take my weight, BP and temperature THEN I'll wait at least another 20mins before I'm seen by the Dr. Best of luck trying to call and schedule an appointment, I literally have to call multiple times a day sometimes multiple days before someone answers the phone, I have NEVER had a call returned after I leave a message. The care received is minimal at best, the Doctor will spend less than 5mins with you and will likely try to put you on a medication before discussing lifestyle changes like diet and exercise. On top of all that my medical record here indicates "Female" which I have requested to be corrected multiple times and still hasn't been done. I could keep going but I'm sure I would exceed Google's limit on a typed review. This is my last visit here. Just stay away.
