O-Ratings for Destiny Walter’s & 5-Rating for Dr.Biondi and staff Let’s just say the new PA Destiny Walter’s is ghetto and unprofessional. She deliberately messed up my FMLA papers so I wouldn’t get approved! Eventhough I still got approved after all her non caring that she gave me! I don’t know this lady and wish she never came to uptown Reserves Health! Dr.Biondi is very professional and caring! He knows his work! Unlike Destiny who sees another black woman and think she can speak to me like if we're at a family reunion and not in a professional setting! Prior to her arrival , I was going to Reserve Health for a year, my PA was Diane Rivera she was awesome and cared about my well being! I cried when they replaced her with this Destiny person. My first visit with Destiny was a disaster, she attended the visit with Dr. Biondi and another PA. Neither one of those girls introduced themselves to me. How unprofessional! I was there for severe sciatica and in a great deal of pain and was mentally unstable because of the agony I was in! What made me more uncomfortable with Destiny and the other girl in the room, as I pull my pants down halfway to be examining by Dr. Biondi, who was once again very professional and kind! Destiny whisper something to the other girl! I felt so uncomfortable because as professionals you should not be whispering to one another while the patient is in an uncompromising position! I have no idea what was said but the both of them laughed! She knows what she said and if it was anything pertaining to my health she could have very much mention it to the only professional in the room who was Dr.Biondi. Second visit with Destiny was a phone visit. I set that visit up on purpose to prove how ghetto she can be. I kindly said I never knew you were the new PA and that you were the PA in my visit with Dr. Biondi. I asked her why you never introduce yourself to me as my new PA, readers her exact words to me! “ WAS WHY YOU NEVER INTRODUCE YOURSELF TO ME” I’d froze for a second because I couldn’t believe she said those words to me! In addition I have complained to supposedly corporate about this, they know this first-hand I sent an email on my portal which I have copies of to informed them of this! Nothing was done. I kindly email the receptionist and said I will not return to this facility because of Destiny Walter’s! Then they had to nerve to send me a certified letter saying I’m no longer welcome there! I’m the victim not Destiny. I think they sent their letter weeks to late because I pulled out first and now with a real Doctor who cares and understand the importance of patience health! Destiny Walter’s try to treat every patient equally I’m not your sister nor your friend you can’t talk to me like if we from the same area because we’re not! I’ll will repost this on every platform that I can to warn people of Destiny Walter’s Reserve Health uptown Charlotte!

I absolutely adore this office! It has this amazing blend of modernity and coziness that instantly makes me feel at ease. The sleek design, combined with warm lighting and comfortable furniture, creates an inviting atmosphere that I can't help but love. But it's not just about the aesthetics; the star of the show is undoubtedly Doctor Destiny. Her knowledge and expertise are unparalleled, and she always takes the time to explain everything in detail, making sure I understand my health condition thoroughly. What sets her apart is her genuine care and compassion for her patients. She goes above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable throughout the entire visit, addressing any concerns or fears that I may have. It truly feels like a personalized experience every time I come here, leaving me excited and grateful for having found such an exceptional doctor and office environment.

The appointment scheduling was very easy and convenient. I was seen within a week of my call. The check in staff were courteous. The medical assistant unsure of title was pleasant. Rachel the PA was excellent! She did a great job of answering my questions, assessing my problem, and gave me solutions treat and prevent future problems. I highly recommend this practice!

They are nice, however for a routine check up, they take your blood pressure and don't tell you what it is. Tell you to eat salad. Don't do blood work, then your charged $100 for 4 minutes of convo.

After what seemed like endless years of trying different doctorsboth here and in NY before moving to Charlotte, Dr Saloman was not only able to begin correctly addressing my stomach issues but he also discovered a huge underlying condition; I have congestive heart failure. Since being immediately admitted to an emergency room, he has helped me get to a place where I am feeling much healthier and happier and significantly less stressed in terms of every day life. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Solomon was amazing. He addressed the issue that I came in for and was straight to the point. I do not prefer doctors who beat around the bush and go on and on about issues that I am not in for, Solomon does not do this he is very straightforward. I appreciate the professionalism he exudes and will be returning to see him. Jasmine was amazing as well, she is very professional and courteous.

Reserve Health is awesome. It is my one stop shop they take care of everything for me. Their office is super sleek and comfortable and all their systems for reminders and scheduling/patient portal works great. I see Solomon for general care and James for counseling and both of these guys are the best in the business.

Reserve Health is a top notch facility! As a patient, I always feel that my health and well being are top priority. Dr. Biondi always takes the time to listen and to explain in a practical manner what I need to know. He takes a genuine interest in our family and treats us as real people- like our health matters as much to him as it does to us. The extra effort to follow up and communicate with me after my visits, the state of the art facility, and the genuine kindness of the staff are merely a few of the reasons why I’d never go anywhere else!

Upon transferring my career to the Charlotte area, I needed a new Primary Care Physician. I am DO GLAD I decided to schedule my first appointment with this team. Dr. Biondi is very patient, a great listener and he doesn’t rush you or make you feel like you’re a number. His ENTIRE staff is super friendly and they all make you feel comfortable and at home. Pick this practice! You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Daniel Biondi is by and far the kindest, most knowledgeable and most caring individual I’ve ever encountered in a lifetime of medical issues and experiences. He has literally saved my life, not just once... but twice! He has been my Primary Care Physician for over 13 years and will continue to be as long as I live! His staff is STELLAR and each member of his team has clearly been hand picked to promote the constant and determined professional mission to deliver the most humane and compassionate care possible. I am eternally thankful that our paths crossed all those years ago and will promote He and his practice with all the energy I possess. Thank You Biondi!!!
