Primo Pizza

We booked a private party in December, and it was Spot on for our event. Everyone ate family style, had plenty to eat - food was great. Atmosphere was perfect. Fancy enough to be formal, comfortable enough to be casual. If you have a need to host an event I would definitely check in with the owner and schedule it. our group was under 30, but I'm sure it would hold more Parking: plenty of parking, close to sandbridge and redmill area of virginia Beach Wheelchair accessibility: everything is on one level.

OMGGGGG, our first time here and the food is out this mondo world…. simply delicious !!! From the fried calamari, caprese salad yummy, bread and for dinner we got a specialty pasta OMG I was in Heaven… Pasta heaven!!! Next time we come visit around Virginia, Primo Pizzeria Ristorante is going to be our first visit for dinner to mangiare!!!

Excellent spot for "made like mama does" Italian food. Great pizza, pasta, and subs. Try the garlic knots and enjoy the real garlic that the bread is topped with. Wow! I have a family of 5 and, even with an appetizer, dinner cost the same as the closed on Sunday chicken sandwich place. Unbelievable! If you haven't been here, go. It is well worth the time, your stomach will thank you.

Used to be so good. I used to drive 50 min weekly to get it. Salt seems to now be the main taste in the pizza. Too bad. Seems like it’s become just another place, going for the cheap ingredients instead of maintaining a healthier and good quality offering.

Great people that work here and the service was just as good! We brought a 5 & 2 yrs old and sat in the booths watching them prepare the pizza, etc. Loved our pizza! Can't say enough great things about our experience. Hope yours is just as good!

My new go to for pizza!!! Everything from the food to our amazing waiter Rob who was a godsend with my fussy nephew!! Rob by far helped make this an amazing first visit!! Then the food came out and it was amazing as well!! We ordered a large white pizza with tomatos and spinach and it was huge!! Taste was phenomenal and cooked to perfection!! Huge portion of fried calamari with crispy breading and served with their delicious homemade marinara!! I would give this place 10 stars if it was an option!! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great make from scratch pizza!!

An authentic Italian restaurant, and that's coming from someone who has been to rural Italy and Sicily a few times. This is a good spot to meet up with friends, dates, or coworkers after a long day; a good place to bring your wife or that girl on your first date. Been here numerous times, has been steadily improving since my first visit in 2014.

The food is consistently delicious and the staff is super friendly! Bringing the review down to 3 stars because the men's restroom was very dirty and needs a lighting and ventilation update their 2 air fresheners were not helpful here.

My husband and I had a very nice intimate dinner at the Red Mill location on October 12th. Suggested we goto their other location for our mother s birthday the following week and once again Primos did not disappoint. Great staff, quick seating, drinks and appetizers and meals served in perfect timing. Delicious garlic knots. Thank you Selena, Emily, and all the staff for showing up and doing great work. We greatly appreciate the experience to make our occasions feel special!

We fell upon this restaurant by accident because our other favorite restaurant was closed today. I did a quick search on them before going in, and wasn't that impressed, but we were hungry. I later found out that I had searched a different location, big difference!! Other than two gentlemen at the bar who didn't stay long we were the only dinners in there....you would have thought the service would have been a bit more attentive, but it wasn't. And I'm not saying that our waitress wasn't nice, she was. On to the food, two small loaves of freshly baked bread came out and it was yummy. Then our main meal, I had the Fettuccine Alfredo while my husband had the Sardilli Pop's Favorite. ABSOLUTELY delicious! The Sardilli had the perfect balance of flavor from each ingredient which consisted of beautifully slivered and almost toasted fresh garlic, capers, shallots and anchovies with a hearty olive oil...my mouth is watering again just typing the description!! The Alfredo sauce was one of the best I have had! The amount of cream and Romano cheese is so perfect that it wasn't too rich, it was just right! The prices were very decent especially with the quality of the food. This may have been our first time, but it definitely won't be our last!!!!!
