I don't know her name but she had kind of ashy blonde hair. Anyway she was very dismissive and tried to overcharge me for the item. Definitely not interested in customer service or basic fairness. She made sure I felt unwelcome. Therefore, I left without making a purchase despite, the 2 hour drive it took me to get there. Very poor customer service & extreme markups. I don't recommend buying from Princess Jewelers.

came into this shop to try to sell a ring. the lady who served us was very short with us and when we showed her the ring she was so rude and looked at it with disgust before declining the purchase. it just felt very dismissive and extremely unprofessional.

I have been going to this store for some time. I went back after a few years and I was totally ripped off. I bought bangles from her and took them to Dearborn and I was double charged they said. I couldn't believe that. I took them everywhere to sell within that same week of purchase and it was no where near what I paid for. When I went back to her to say I would like to exchange them or sell them she already knew I knew what she did so she said will exchange them pick what you like. I was ripped off again. I learned from this mistake and im staying away. I also wanted a diamond ring from her. I picked out a nice princess cut 3 stone ring. I thought this was nice of her. She took a ring from me which she gave me credit and gave me that ring. When I came to pick up the ring after resizing it wasn't the same!!! She changed this middle stone to a lower clarity which it looked like a light yellow stone. I said this doesn't look like the same stone I took the picture of. She said yea you would pay more for the other stone. I said no I mean it was changed. Her co worker said oh we don't do that. What a bunch of liars!!! I had pictures of the changes we agreed on luckily they had to return my money! And I got attitude back for asking or my money! These women are making way to much profit off of people when the gold is not that much! Take caution because they act caring loving and welcoming that is what distracts you!

Sabria the owner is a very loving, caring and honest person to work with. She will work hard to find something to fit your need and taste...definitely go to her. I have been doing business with her for years and will not go somewhere else as long as she is in business!! Faith Harrak

Don’t have professionalism of the business, customer satisfaction comes last, the main thing is selling and make profit. Poor communications skills, shop around first before coming to this place.

The service was great the owner waited on me. I will go back again.
