Reading the three 1-star reviews, all related to customer service and written within a month of each other, tells me that they are fake and targeted to this company (for whatever reason). We have used Printgear for almost 2 years now, for DOZENS of P.O.'s, and have never been disappointed. They have the nicest staff, always willing to work with us to meet deadlines, and ensure product is top notch. Never have I regretted choosing them as a supplier.

Print Gear has been one of our top suppliers for almost 2 years. The customer service we receive is unmatched within the industry. Our experience is that orders are placed with ease, shipment is prompt, delivery is efficient .... all with fabulous customer care. The Print Gear team places the customer first and it shows. Highly recommend.

The level of customer service is awful. The items purchased are not in satisfactory quality for myself, nor my customer. My order on October 3rd, will certainly be my last. Taking my business elsewhere.
