We were able to design and complete a team order 150 people. Our own designer had some problems but then the Hincapie designers were able to finish the job. It was a really good experience. Shipping and timing were exactly as stated. The quality of the clothing was appreciated by all the team members. We also found good value relative to another provider we had used before. Definitely would do our next kit with them.

Amazing store! Customer service is first class! Have been working with Meredith and she is amazing. This place will literally do any design or custom work for you individually or as a team.

Ordering apparel through their Team Center is not user friendly at all, and they charge a $10 processing fee for every team member that submits an order for Team Apparel. Our team has approximately 125 to 150 people on the team for an MS Charity Ride. If you multiply 150 people by $10 bucks to process each order, you have an additional $1,500 in costs for our team members. (Not Good At ALL) To my knowledge, all orders are being shipped at one time to the team captain. It's not like Hincapie is having to ship out 150 separate orders so why are they charging $10 per order when they are shipping all at once to the same location. Looks to me like a Nickel and Dime approach to extract another $1500 in revenue from this team when the merchandise is for a Non-Profit Organization 501c3. The team itself has its own 501c3 designation, not to mention that the MS Society is also a 501c3 organization.
