This is the finest and most complete colllection of Clemson University apparel, memorabilia, game day accessories and collectibles in all of Clemson. If there’s something you want and it’s related to the Clemson Tigers if this store doesn’t have it, that’s because it doesn’t exist. We love this place. We’ve been to plenty of colleges and have yet to run into a store anywhere close to this one. Their collection of merchandise is amazing but their staff is even better!! Friendly, efficient, professional and quick to share a story about Clemson football. If you’re visiting Clemson as a prospective student make it a point to stop in and get the true flavor of what it means to be a Clemson Tiger!!!! Thank you for your hard work..... GO TIGERS!!

They have so much stuff for women men and children you could spend hours looking. They also have a great variety of magnets too. Awesome blankets pictures glasses and so much more. I love going in there.

Went to downtown location to make a return. The cashier wanted to hold the return(item and receipt) because I didn't have the right credit card on me. Do what? I figured, well okay. It is Tiger Sports Shop so I trusted them to do such an unorthodox thing. Anyway, go back later that day with correct credit card needed to put funds on. Cashier has a hard time finding the merchandise. I tell him what it is and that it is purple. My description wasn't exact, as it was white with purple polka dots. The manager makes some flippant remark about that under her breath, about it not really being purple. Really?! What a butt hole the manager is here. Why don't you try being more helpful, or even friendly would be nice. No one on the staff even said anything like hello, thank you, have a good day the three times I've been in the store lately. The prices here are pretty absurd so you would think they would make up for that with great service. Especially considering that I can get Tiger apparel for half the price at the Walmart in Central. Nope, not here. I'm so done with this place. Terrible!

I usually do most of my online shopping through Tiger Sports Shop because I live in Utah now. They are always the best to work with, and on the occasional return they are great. This year I was able to bring my son to his first Clemson game since he was a kid. I asked him if he wanted to go shopping for some Clemson gear and he was reluctant because of what shopping usually means to a kid. I convinced him to go and I will never forget the look on his face when he walked into Tiger Sports Shop for the first time. He was like a kid in a candy store, and couldn't believe there was Clemson everything! It was amazing as always. It was great to make memories with him on our trip, and who doesn't remember their first time buying Clemson gear while in Tigertown? Thanks for all you do Tiger Sports. We had to re-enact the photo that we took when he was by the bronze Tiger located on the North West side of the stadium by the IPTAY office.

Original post - I have shopped at Tiger Sports shop since I was a student at Clemson and Coach Ibrahim owned it in the 80's. I must say that I am very disappointed in their business practices right now. I went online early Monday morning and ordered a clothing item for a gift. My credit card was charged and I was sent an email saying that as soon as it was shipped, I would receive a tracking email. 3 days later, no email. Then late today, Thursday, I received a phone call from the store. "We don't have your item." Apparently no one was monitoring the internet sales and no one bothered to go and pull my already paid for item from the shelf. Someone walked in the store and purchased my item that was already paid for!!! There was nothing from the clerk who called except "sorry" and then a lame attempt to get me to purchase something else. Be aware that if you order something online, they are slack and don't really care. You may get it but you may not either.
UPDATE!! I am very happy to now report that the manager Patti has made this debacle right. She found me another very similar product and even offered me a discount to make up for the inconvenience. I appreciate their time and effort in offering good quality customer service.
