Ken was very professional and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining the process and why we needed to go up a size. My daughter is going to be on her feet 12 hours a day and he suggested two different shoes that would give her the best support . We bought the insoles and socks. Fleet Feet has won our business. It’s worth the drive from Blythewood. Thanks Ken, we appreciate your willingness to help us and make sure we are 100% satisfied with our purchase.

I like the fact that I can go to Fleet Feet, knowing that I'm going to come away with a decent pair of athletic shoes. Confident that they'll fit the way they're supposed to - in all the right places. Glad that there is someone helping me that is knowledgeable with taking all of the measurements, recommending different shoe types, and knowing what works best for whatever my level of activity is. But most of all, I appreciate the staff because they devote their full attention to whomever they are helping. They patiently see you through the entire process of finding the perfect pair of shoes from the minute they call your name - until you walk out the door, happily with all of your expectations met & new shoes in hand. I was purchasing my 8 year old daughter's 2nd pair of running shoes because she loves to run & is really good at it. I don't remember the man's name that helped us but I will always remember his patience, kindness & calm demeanor throughout her fitting process. Thank you for all you did to make her feel comfortable: adjusting the shoes tongue several times so it didn't feel weird. (Because this child will go through 3 different pairs of socks every day because they don't feel right ;)This is the only place we buy running shoes! Your staff is amazing.

Phil was amazing. My wife and I came in got our perfect fit and found our perfect shoe. Just walking out of the store I could already feel the back relief. Whatever your need go see Phil he is patient and knowledgeable. Despite all the time he spent with us we never felt pressured! Will never buy shoes elsewhere again.

So far, not so good. Called about information on the fitting process. Was told it is included in price of product. I asked if I could pay for that service only just in case they didn’t have a shoe I wanted as I had been researching (which is what lead me to the fact I needed to be properly fitted). She said if I had been looking at a specific shoe, I should ask if they carry it first. It would not be good if an employee spent 30 minutes with me and I did not make a purchase. I then explained I had certain shoes in mind depending on the fit I would be recommended. All in all, she gave the impression it was more important I purchased rather than they accompany the purchase with the service. I understand the specialty and no one wants their time wasted. But I don’t like feeling compelled or like I would take advantage; which is how she came across. I will still visit the store (unless I can find one in nearby Charlotte) as it is the only one of its kind in the Cola area and I am determined to find a well fitted pair of running shoes. However, Toni(sp?) did not leave a great first impression. Reading through reviews, hopefully it won’t be a lasting one. **I’ll gladly be going to the Huntersville,NC location to purchase a couple pair. Phone etiquette was much better.

We love Fleet Feet. The 3D scan to correctly fit your shoes is awesome. I could tell a huge difference the very next day after wearing my new New Balance, with corrective insoles. You get what you pay for. The staff are knowledgeable and professional. We will be back when we need new shoes for sure.
