Been going to this location over a year and the employee knowledge and professionalism has gone down hill extremely. Was being helped then associate ditched me and a co-worker on follow up. I found him helping other customers, so I approach the front and an associate admitted to hearing the multiple calls for the original associate to update or return but did nothing. Found out from her they 'think' they no longer refill CO2. Wasted over 30min. I was so disappointed on the simplicity of letting me know the service was no longer available. No one knew if they had or did the service anymore. I've refilled there before but not recently. Disappointed in the quality of workers. I will encourage our baseball team to no longer shop there.

Academy is great. From clothes to fishing and hunting. The people are great here. Deon has help me countless times. He is great! If u need help in fishing or hunting get Deon or Pat. They will help u and not give u the wrong info. I have also bought kayaks from them. They have tons and sell tons because they have the best prices around. Keenan also is a great help with price matching! I have been coming to this academy since the day it opened and will continue to shop here. 😀😀😀

My granddaughter favorite spot every occasion that we get to purchase something for her like a birthday Easter Christmas no matter what the occasion we find it at the Academy store try it out you cannot miss out on the various Deals they have from trampolines to a simple 5.99 workout shirt
