Academy Sports + Outdoors

Our baseball team was in the area for a tournament and decided to make a trip to this store. Upon entering an associate was directed to inform us the golf experience was closed. After moving on we entered the baseball area and we're literally followed around like we were theives! Everywhere we turned the associate was "pretending" to organize the area. It was very obvious! We checked out and one of our boys needed to use the restroom and the associate proceeded to follow him to the restroom. I was very disappointed in the way we were treated and feel they need some store training on discrimination!

Selection of athletic shoes is adequate, but sales personnel are few and apparently not interested in serving the customer. Two employees at front entrance were chatting and ignoring customers who entered. I had to go looking for someone to help me. Astrid was the only one the least bit helpful. I won't be back.

Hard to get out of this store without buying something. Almost everything is so reasonable. Came close to purchasing a fat tire bike and went in there for some crocs sandles.

Soccer cleat section was unshoppable. Mistagged and upstock/downstock were so mixed up we couldn't find anything. Staff was unengaging. Low prices are pointless if I can't find the products or someone to help. We now make our sporting goods purchases at Todd & Moore.

Went with others to get Christmas gifts , after shopping elsewhere and all over town, we found what we needed in a men's clothing item and starter kayak and supplies. Great sales clean store can't ask for more in a sport supply store, it has more stuff than I knew even knew exists. Just wanted to keep looking at all the cool stuff
