DICK'S Sporting Goods

Prices a bit difficult to pin point on individual items but associates quick to help and look up price. Walked out happy with great products. Got CO2 refills too and associate was professional and quick. Will return.

Customer service was a joke. I asked an employee for help with a bench press they sell the employee did not even seem remotely interested in helping to start with, furthermore he said he did not work in the department and could not help. So i asked if he can find someone who could, he gave me the answer of I do not know maybe not sure if anyone is here keep in mind this is at 6pm on a Wednesday when they close at 9:30pm. Then the employee would not help me when i asked if any where left in stock because I wanted to purchase one so he said to go to the front desk so I did and talked to I a guess the manager and my response from the manager was that he was not going to check for me because I own a car and the box would not fit yet he does not even know what car I drive so I told him I have a truck also to go look. He was back in the stockroom for maybe 30 seconds max guarantee he did not check. I asked to see a box to be able to measure and see if it would fit neither employee would let me see a box to be able to tell.They just keep saying it will not fit never have I seen an employee who is working so hard to not sell something like these two fools complete morons will take my business elsewhere.

Clean and pleasant store but a bit more expensive than nearby competitors.

Dick's Sporting Goods is ultra-corporate, meaning they have a policy for everything down to which ways guys can part their hair. So, you know what you can expect. They are expensive, thorough, well stocked, and the employees are typically not super-informed about anything. With that in mind, this location meets all expectations and I can recommend it for a fairly wide range of sporting.

Inventory of men's work boots was low. Only one register open so there was a wait. Store itself was neat and organized.
