I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had to for Priority Auto. After my experience there, I highly recommend this business for anyone looking for a mechanic! My car had to have it’s power steering rack replaced and they fit me in for an appointment very quickly. When I had to reschedule because of a work conflict, they were very understanding. The employees at Priority Auto are knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. The work they do is top notch. I got my car back today and it drives like a brand new car. Super grateful to these guys!

A really great Burlington auto service and auto repair shop! I was able to get a quick appointment and brought my car in for a grinding/squeal noise. They checked it out and made the needed adjustments. Solid customer service, helpful people!

On a road trip and called to get my car checked out. They were the only place I called of about 10 in the Burlington vicinity that could get me in within 3 days. Ended up deciding to proceed with my travel plans so I made arrangements to get serviced in another city, but they were incredibly kind and fast when making arrangements in Burlington.

Gotta love a locally owned shop. Chris, one of the owners, is incredibly personable and friendly. All around great guys who really care abt what they're doing.

These guys are just great. Miss Emma was able to get me in fast for an appointment to do a pre-purchase inspection on a truck I had my eye on. The technician did a thorough job inspecting the vehicle and provided a detailed report of his findings. I highly recommend this business for their honest and reasonably priced services.
