Pristine Auction

This site is great, I've already found a unique gift for my brother for next Christmas that he's going to love and for an EXCELLENT deal! I can't wait to give it to him. I almost don't want to tell people so it doesn't create too much competition and drive up the great prices. Everything I've bought has come quickly and is identified as described! Such a fun site to look through, but you have to watch, it's easy to rack up charges because there are so many great items!

I purchased a Ray Allen “Autograph” jersey from pristine Auctions. I did not see the image of the “autograph” and when it arrive it did not exist. It was just smudge ink. It can’t be read let alone certified which it said it was. I emailed pristine the day the package arrived and requested a return or exchange. The pretty much told me go screw myself even though I have purchased thousands of dollars of product in the last 3 weeks. They have just lost a customer who planned on purchasing a lot more. Back to EBay, Albertsteins and other sites. Too bad, liked them up until then. Customer service has gone to the weigh side.

Despite what everyone says I find nothing wrong with the company. Yes they do charge a buyers fee but most auction houses do. I received both my first and second order in the mail and both were shipped fast! Will be back buying more!

Great selection of items and fair auctions. Always friendly staff for local pickup. High quality and authentic items. Great company with great pieces.
