Outstanding service! They are very knowledgeable. You can tell they love what they do because they take the time to personally help you instead of trying to force product down your throat.
I had best buy install my subs/amp/speakers years ago. Recently I upgraded my amp and I simply needed help figuring out why my system sounded so off. I went to 2 different best buys and was told they could not tune it correctly till I replaced all my wiring...
I walked into Pro Car Audio and they fixed my RCA cable free of charge by simply adding an adapter and personally tuned my amp and head unit. I was in and out within 15min.

These guys are incredible. Did a ton of work and asked very little in terms of compensation. Helped me out of a frustrating situation and went well above and beyond what I asked of them. Cannot recommend them more. Skip Best Buy or like stores at all costs. You'll easily pay 3-4x as much for work that, as I just discovered, was sloppy. Would absolutely do business with them again in a heartbeat.

All I needed was an amp kit installed. I had my own equipment and most of the places I called wouldn’t do it. The ones that would do it wanted around $200 just to run wire. I found pro car audio in augusta online, and that was the best decision I made. They did it all for $100. The installer even fixed the hole in my sub for no charge. They were very fast, and he knew what he was talking about. Best Buy told me that I needed to replace my amp when I upgrade to a two sub system. This guy here said no, and he explained why. They were friendly and let me watch the install. I highly recommend anyone who needs stereo work done on their car to go to Pro Car Audio in Augusta Ga.
