I have been contracting with ProSearch since early 2016 and have been placed on 5 contracts and hands down the best recruiters around! Over the years I have worked on a few short term task specific contracts as well as placed in a direct hire that lasted 6 years. When that company was bought I needed to find another position so reached back out to Todd and Tim for help and within a few weeks I was interviewing and accepted another FT long term assignment as well as a part-time contract different companies. The process is always seamless working with Todd, Tim and Sarah as they help prepare you for interviews, they go above and beyond to get you as much info on the company/tasks/people to help you truly understand what the work will entail. The team also takes a genuine interest in you personally so it never feels like a sterile transaction, they really care about you as a person. I always feel truly supported through the whole process and during the contracts themselves. As an example - interviewing for two most recent contracts - I was the only applicant from ProSearch and with their stellar help in preparing me for the interviews and the fact that the positions they were presenting happen to be awesome matches for me personally. We were able to knock the interviews out of the park and beat out the others!! They really hone in on your strengths and try to match you for success. I would 100% recommend using ProSearch when looking for new opportunities!!

Prosearch helped me find gainful employment shortly after I moved to Maine. After putting in 3 months of hard work and putting my best foot forward, I was able to get permanently employed by the company I was a contractor for. Tim and the rest of the group at ProSearch are bar-none some of the best people I have worked with. You go in and do great work for them, they will open doors and opportunities for you. I really cannot say enough about ProSearch. Out of the 7 staff at our organization, more than half were brought to us by ProSearch. Once they got to know the feel of our organization, they didn't just bring in the best candidates they found the perfect fits. We have a team in place now that we couldn't have built on our own given everyone's capacity at the time. Even though we are in a better place now, we would still elect to use ProSearch for growth in the future.

I was fortunate to connect with ProSearch when I was leaving a company that I had been with for many years. Tim and Todd set me up with an interview that turned into a 2+ year contracting role. This role has recently transitioned to full time employment. The ProSearch team has provided great support and been responsive to my many questions when I was new to contracting. This was my first recruiter experience with ProSearch and the best one. I was asked if I would be interested in a post and in a matter a couple of them. There was no pressure of course and information that was allowed to be shared with me was shared and when information could not be shared such as salary then they researched it for me for comparable position in same field in similar geographic region. Even when I made me decision, I was still encouraged to take the time to make the final decision and so the ProSearch was not simply connecting the dots but rather cared about my thoughts along with the employer, too. All in all, I was very happy with the service and professionalism.

I've been grateful to have been a part of ProSearch, however, after my temp assignment ended, there has been complete radio silence on the recruiting side. When I pressed further for details, I was told that ProSearch felt an office role would not be suitable for me, even though my four-week assignment at an office ended with stellar reviews and references. I feel I have been blacklisted by this organization and they simply have given up returning my messages or have replied with short-very vague responses. Recruiters SHOULD be looking out for the ones they're assigned to, however, I've noticed zero reciprocation. Case in point: I've been seeing many NEW job postings on their website, that I am more than qualified for, and when I message about them, the responses have been, "I'll pass it along" or "I'll submit your resume" with zero follow-through or follow-ups. It has been absolutely infuriating. Another PRIME example is a week prior to my 4-week assignment ending, I was told to get in touch with LIz, my recruiter, so we could make my transition into a new position as smooth as possible; come to find out, she was ON LEAVE and wouldn't be able to get back to me, even though I was given no heads up. In conclusion, while I've appreciated my time with ProSearch, I feel, they have simply lost a step and are slithering away from a temp agency that once took immense pride in helping as many souls as they could.
