The task of renovating a sound system at your church can be a daunting one - filled with many questions about products, questions of will you actually solve anything, and how will it be installed. After trying on my own for a long time, I finally found Pro Sound Service. I am very glad I did.From my initial inquiry, I realized I was in touch with the right company. I was personally contacted by the owner of the company who then came out to my location. He looked at our quaint and New England-style church and recommended the right products for us. We received a timely price quote for products and installation. I called a few of his references who had nothing but good things to say.Over the next few months, Charlie waited patiently for our reply. He understands that the gears of a church often turn very slowly, and especially when it comes to spending money. Once the purchase was approved, we worked out a mutually acceptable install date. His installers were prompt and worked quickly. They cleaned up their messes and completed a flawless looking installation on time.Charlie, the owner, then personally trained me on the operation of my new mixer and system. We spent over 4 hours on a Friday evening going over things! His attention to detail and his need to have everything correct were exceedingly clear to me. I was definitely glad I chose PSS.On our first Sunday service with the new system, I received nothing but positive reviews. The older folks could hear without straining. The sermon audio was clearer, the worship music was louder and clearer too. I am thankful for the awesome job Charlie and his crew did on this. They have earned a life-long customer here and I cannot recommend them enough. You will not find a more attentive, detail oriented and caring company for your sound and video needs.
