Roderick gets 5 stars for his service and work ethic but the quote I received for replacing a loose gasket in one Koehler toilet and removing a shower head and replacing with one I purchased, for $225 was very high. It was literally 5 minutes of actual work and 15 minutes of wait time after the gasket was replaced to ensure the gasket didn’t leak blue water into the toilet. The gasket is $6.47 retail and the service call was $69. I get it, $5.00 a gallon to get here but that is part of the service charge. I will get a second quote next project. I would give 5 stars if the charge was more appropriate to the time and effort for this service.

Clearly other peoples experience was completely different then mine. Was told by technician he could fix anything without having to come back as long as he had the part needed. 1 of my issues as a loose faucet and the other a cartridge/ diverter. He didn't fix anything. Not even the loose faucet. I guess he must need to order a screwdriver. Then send me an invoice for a job he did not do plus 69 just to go there and another 5 for fuel charge. Total almost 400 to go and look and do nothing. Insane. Not upfront about the charges or how they work. Seems they just want to milk it. I don't like paying for someone NOT to do the job. I could do that all by myself and I am free. Will never trust companies that charge just to go. Someone who wants the job, goes and does the work to get paid. Like gratuity when its included...its almost a giving waiter won't even make an effort on providing good service. No thank you.

Great front desk service by phone with prompt scheduling. Courteous and competent plumbers who do first rate work. Thankfully we haven’t had to use them often but after six years some of our faucets started to leak. Who knew what was inside?? Plus we use Pro-Tec for annual water heater inspection required by our building. Replaced out of warranty water heater. Much improved now.

We had a tricky clogged sewer line after Hurricane Ian. Dennis came promptly on an after-hours Friday call during a holiday weekend. He found and solved multiple issues promptly. We’ll definitely call them again when any issues arise. Great service!
