Waiting for a referral for a problem that I have been struggling with for WEEKS. Nobody called me. I spent THREE DAYS trying to get through to somebody while in pain. Even tried different locations. Nothing. This IS NOT the first time. Terrible!! Brought it to their attention. They don’t care.

Miss sending the referrals even after 20 days, almost impossible to reach them, and lack of real doctors. Waste of time time!

Staff Never answers phone and are quite rude very often. Doctors are great and helpful. The front staff is very unemphatic and are not helpful what so ever

I was there for DOT phisical examine.They charged me $155 instead $85.Reason was dirty ears.I cleaned both ears morning before visit.Afther rinsing water was clear.They just look for way to charge you more.Thiefs.

This place is a joke. They never answer the phone, neither does their answering service. They’re very biased and I have not once felt I was being treated as an individual patient. If you have other options, use them and avoid this place.

Worst doctor I’ve seen in vegas. I had a prescription I needed and he was super disrespectful and said I needed a psych evaluation for no reason. Front desk people were really sweet tho. Dumbfoundingly bad experience with the doctor tho so AVOID AVOID

Don't even bother, especially if this is your only option for an "urgent" care. Even with an appointment be prepared to wait at least two hours in a crowded waiting room.
