I have personally worked with Don, Steve, Jim, & Curt from Prochaska & Associates on a multi-million dollar project and can say unequivocally they are excellent at what they do. Knowledgeable, skilled, patient, and professional are all adjectives I would use to describe there expertise. If you have a project requiring an architect I would definitely recommend this firm. The team from Prochaska and Assoc. was on top of many of the issues and were willing to work with the owners on our project.

I suggest visiting this office to see their workspace. Then go visit other architecture firms to compare. You will see that this office is outdated, dirty and overly cluttered with stacks of trash, old computer, telephones and paper. It could use a thorough cleaning and fresh paint. Also don't drink the coffee!

Would not suggest working with this firm. If the owner promises you anything, get it in writing. He will go back on his word over and over again. Project never met deadline and the owner kept pushing back when they would be able to provide a document set. I would suggest looking into other firms in Omaha before hiring this one.
