This place is Amazing!!! Very knowledgeable and personable teachers. My daughter has been training here the past 6 months and she loves it. I recommend Colony BJJ to everyone. Its a great martial art to know for people of all ages.

Glad to have found Colony. Here you find a family. I especially recommend moms looking for a sport that will make a difference in their child's life. Evolution in character, focus on discipline. Fundamentals that Professor Guilherme will surely teach very well.

Colony BJj has been so accepting and encouraging! Starting a martial art as an out of shape 60+ woman was daunting. Gui has encouraged an open family atmosphere. The kids groups are flourishing. Joelly leads a growing Woman’s Group that lets me build from my strengths. Come roll with us!

As someone that walked in with very little knowledge of BJJ the team at this academy made me feel right at home. The facility is very clean and the coaches/professors are knowledgable. They offer classes from beginner to competitive. Be aware though, because the sport is extremely addictive!

Colony Jiujitsu is a great place to train, all the instructors are very knowledgeable and very positive. The members are very welcoming and willing to show new people the ropes.
