Truly one of the best rental agencies in town. They're always very kind and quick to fix any maintenance issues. Their properties are definitely some of the better ones here in Billings. Overall just a very good place to rent from.

It's too hard to get into these places. If you've ever struggled in life, even if it was 10 years ago and you've worked hard and fought to change things, you likely STILL won't qualify. They make you believe you're able to get a home from them until you pay the fee. They may even let you look at properties like they did my sister, but once that fee is paid, everything completely shifts. Basically if you've ever been sick , hot behind, and been evicted , you have no chance don't bother. If you made financial mistakes in your youth that you're fighting to fix. Don't bother. You won't qualify. It's unfortunate. I wonder if they are aware how many families they could've helped.

If could give zero stars I would. Went just like this. Showed up to a showing got an application filled it out turned it in same day, paid $35 dollar application fee, emailed them all the documents, offered to pay up to one year in advance rent, waited about 3 days...called them only for them to say they rented out the unit and that they never even processed my application and I get a refund on my application fee. Why did you have me do all this emailing and running around for absolutely nothing. Then rude and imo should be called UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT INC. never again!

The people who work for this company need to start watching their backs. Messing with someone’s livelihood in such a way that is absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL grants us all the right to fight back. Watch where you eat in your town. We are your public servants, god forbid you get a taste of your own actual medicine. We know where you live, where your kids go to school & where your spouses work. Continue to do business in a dirty way, continue to steal from us, continue to rent out unsafe units ones infested with black mold. That way when karma comes around 10 fold you’ll see it coming :

This was the worst rental experience I have ever had. They were awful to work with, refused to work with me in any way. I HATED having to associate with them for any reason. However, I will say, the maintenance man was great. Always on top of fixing any and everything I needed in a timely manner. But the people in the office were terribly rude and had very poor communication. Every experience I had with them was as difficult as possible. They refused to work with me on any requests. Not having a lot of hope for getting any of my deposit back. If you can go somewhere else.. DO!

Called bout my security deposit on my place after moved out and passed inspection quote " it's going to be awhile before get deposit back " if I did what was asked why are they with holding what they owe ?

Extremely disappointed. I rented with professional property management for over a year and took extremely good care of the home. The yard was garbage. The garden space was completely overgrown with weeds and I spent hundreds of dollars on fertilizer and soil and many many hours to bring it back to life. When I moved out, I left the home in better condition than when I moved in. They asked me to write a good review for them, which I would have happily done.. until I received my refund of my deposit in which they refunded 21.00 of my $885.00 deposit. I hired a professional carpet cleaning service and spent two entire days scrubbing every inch of that place. When they sent me a list of the things that "still needed to be cleaned," I attempted to contact them to discuss it. EVERY. SINGLE. ATTEMPT to connect was blatantly IGNORED. I'm so incredibly shocked and disappointed at the blatant robbery. If you can avoid renting from them, do so. If you have no other option, don't expect your deposit back.

They have been amazing to me and very understanding, everytime I've had an issue they had someone at my house fixing it almost immediately. They wonderful lady's at the front are funny and very understanding and nice. Love love looooove this company and all they have done for my family
