Rented from them for about 1.5 years, had no issues at all! They were always prompt with returning our calls and getting us any info we needed and we got our security deposit back quickly after moving out.

I have been working with tailwind management for over nine years, but I have been especially impressed over the last year. They manage the HOA for my townhome. They have worked with another property management for me while I was renting out my home. They answer work orders quickly, and respond to phone calls in a timely manner.

Agree - Unprofessional. Phone message system is messed up / wrong hours of service. Don't always respond to emails. Property Mgmt in MT is a pretty good gig, it $eem$ . . .

Horrible service and response times if you get a response at all. Rude office staff Robin? - extremely unprofessional and arrogant.

The secretary is always helpful and so smart and quick. I have been impressed whenever I have inquired about something. I can't speak about the entire management.
