Propel really shines when it comes to ebikes. Consulting and assortment is top. But they focus on the upper echelon of ebike manufacturers, so don't expect bargains. It's not a shop for cheap bikes. The benefits come in form of quality and durability.

EVERY experience I've had with Propel over the past year and a half has been extraordinary, from my purchase of my AMAZING Reise and Mueller Homage, to advice I've gotten along the way, and their service department has been top notch! Whenever I get my bike back from them, EVERYTHING is in perfect shape, whether it's something I pointed out or not, AND my bike is CLEAN!! Can't say enough wonderful things about this business and have referred at least 5 people, all of whom have been just as impressed. They are all about quality bikes, great sales advice and stellar service.

Rejoice with me and be glad for it has arrived and works! It being a replacement battery for my electric bike. The bike's original battery died in the Fall of 2021, at which point I learned that the bike's manufacturer, BH, had gone out of the ebike business in the USA and no one in the country had replacement parts. I sent an email to the company in Spain and was told any store carrying other BH products could order a battery for me. A store in Brooklyn, NY, Propel Electric Bike Services, accepted my order and Visa card for the battery and shipping. Months went by as Spring, Summer, and Fall biking weather zoomed past me. Finally, when all hope was extinguished, I received an email from Propel EBS that it had been shipped from Spain but was delayed thanks to Covid transportation problems. Well, that's the story of my bike battery that my friends and family have been hearing about for the last year. And glory be, it's the correct battery for the bike, takes a charge and works well.
