A well-stocked, spacious store on the commercial Fulton strip, Fulton Bikes offers a full selection of child and adult road bikes and bike accessories in addition to servicing and repair. My numerous visits for tune-ups and fixes have all ended quickly and successfuly - the staff is friendly and know what they're doing.

I walked in here with a flat and zero knowledge of bikes, generally earlier this afternoon. Dude at the front, Jonatan sp.?, was super chill about the whole thing—even let me watch and ask questions while he did the work. Less than ten minutes after I got there, I walked out the door with a new inner tube, a bit more bike know-how, and a totally different vibe.

I as a New Yorker have experienced my fare-share of rude and condescending behavior. But the customer service in this bicycle store was horrible. The older gentleman behind the counter was unnecessarily rude and disrespectful and unprofessional. Even after agreeing to still go ahead with my repair the work was done horribly. The wheels are still not straight and the handlebar stem was left loose. I could have killed myself. $180 for a repair done terribly that had to be redone at bicycle habitat on Vanderbilt. I learned a expensive and valuable lesson today. Stay away from this bike shop at all cost. My advice to the manager or owner whoever it was that helped me the gentleman wearing the cap. Learn how to treat customers , learn how to speak to customers, learn how to handle a customer who’s asking questions. I’m part of a cycling group that routinely conducts rides through your the New York City area with over 300 members and I will be sure to mention how disgusted I am with the poor service I received here.

I had a problem with my bike and worried about taking it to a shop only to be forced into buying a tune-up I knew I didn’t need, and was relieved to receive help that resolved the issue quickly, free of charge. When it’s time for the tune-up which was estimated at $80, I will definitely come here.

Came in looking for a simple bike to get me from A to B and received exactly what I wanted. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I had a great experience!

Excellent customer service. They didn't have the size of bike I needed and they ordered one from the warehouse with no obligation to buy. They were not pushy and we tried several bikes that didn't fit me and then they ordered the larger size. I literally only had to adjust the saddle height and move it up a bit and then took a 20 mile ride that same day. Everything was in tip-top order. Great experience all around.

Bought my bike here 2 years ago and recently broke my derailer hanger. Though I ordered the replacement part the folks got my bike fixed in a few days and it rode out of the shop feeling better than new. Full calibration and cleaning. Also picked up a new helmet at a discounted price for return service. If you talk to the owner he sometimes will negotiate prices. Great service with prices that may be startling at first but will deliver top notch service and repair.
