Proper Staffing

I came to Proper Staffing in 2013 looking for a pathway to make more money. They placed me with a company doing surveys for a call center. I went from part time to full time in one month. A year later, I was full time and hired by the company they placed me with. I started doing government contracts with this company and now I am the manager of Government services division. Best thing I ever did. I want to thank you Joe and Pam for excellent service and communication.

It's sad to see negative comments about this agency. I know some people may have had bad experiences with this agency, but I have nothing but praise for it. Proper Staffing found me a job that I am happy with and it may be leading to a great permanent position. So while others may complain, I only have compliments!

Contacted me about a position, asked for my resume, I sent it personally within 10 minutes of getting off the phone with this person. No response or confirmation. Follow up a few days later - guy says he’s sent it to the organization and will let me know whether or not he hears back the following week. Never did this. Never got back to me as promised. Initially, he never even asked what I was looking for or my salary preferences. What a joke!

Terribly ghetto. The worst temp agency i have ever worked for. They will not protect employees and will fire you based upon their own incompetence. When they make a mistake they will not fix it even when they know they are wrong. Worse experience i have encountered in my entire life. Management is very ghetto.

I was able to land a high paying position through the agency. Ultimately, moved on to a perm position that I found on my own.

Horrible experience. They don't work with you at all and when I was having issues, I was laughed at. Go to Mj Morgan. Much more of a people agency.
