i been calling all the numbers for about three weeks now, i get hung up on as soon as i think im getting threw

They don’t answer for the life of them I literally am calling at 7:00 am off 3 phones and still can’t get them to answer. This is honestly pathetic and is affecting people who are really affected by this pandemic. Please do better

I’ve been waiting months for my benefits. If it wasn’t for taxes and the stimulus, my family would be sinking. I can’t get a live person to discuss my case and have yet to receive any letter pertaining to my case besides the general letters that are sent to everyone. This is unacceptable. Where is the accountability?

I filed a claim after I lost my job on February 7 if this year. I have yet to receive the benefits card and every webcert I file has the status of "hold- unresolved issues" maybe I should tell all my bills I cant pay them due to unresolved issues. This is ridiculous

they droped the ball they locked me out i gave them everything and still no money i was layed off due to the pandemic and now they dont answer pricless also make excuses to not pay me they need to be fired or layed off see how it feels ..
