My kitchen looks fantastic! I completely reconfigured my kitchen, and the team at ProSource was with me every step of the way. Amazing customer service, even though I was purchasing the economical, in stock cabinets, -not the custom order ones. Challaigne was very patient as we re-worked the kitchen cabinet placement, with limited space to fit all the wanted appliances found room to add a dishwasher and added in an island. Challaigne was great to work with and helped me create the kitchen of my dreams! The finished product is amazing! ~ Thank you!

Erica and Challaigne have been working with us for almost a year now. They both have educated and guided us through each decision in our dream home. They have been patient and understanding throughout the process. We have changed our minds a few times Our kitchen cabinets, floors and backsplash are gorgeous. She ensured good communication at all times, provided accurate estimates, and was extremely helpful in the design phase. She followed through on everything without questions, providing excellent and timely responses. She was also very knowledgeable about the pluses and minuses of all the different kinds of material available. The Pro Source store has a welcoming environment of Aloha, with a floor plan that helps you see the many different samples at once allowing us to quickly pick our flooring material. Erica has been my floor rep for over two years since the beginning of Covid. I have been with Prosource for many years and have had several reps that have come and gone and frankly were not impressive at all. For them it seemed to be just a job and they did not last. However with Erica I have formed a solid relationship with a dedicated professional that is an actual adjunct to my business as a Master Textile Cleaner. I have extensive training regarding textile fiber and flooring however I don't know about pricing and the myriad products available on the market. She actually grew up in a flooring family, her father was an installer and her sister is a flooring rep also. With Prosource and Erica’s knowledge I am able to offer my customers an entire warehouse of indoor and outdoor flooring as well as kitchen cabinets, appliances, beautiful tile backsplashes and customized rugs! A new customer that I got from my advertising was all set to install carpet for his condo from a competitor. I brought him down to meet Erica and he bought carpet that very same day when he learned he could save $2,000! With Erica I am pleased to have gained a dedicated professional that I can rely on and for that I am happy to award her a 5 star rating!

My services at Bougainville Flooring super store was great! As soon I walked in I was greeted with a very pleasant receptionist and got me a salesperson Deborah H. She spent a good time helping me choose a piece of area rug, she had great suggestions. Very helpful and informative. One week later I came to pickup carpet, Hadrian the warehouse young man made sure that the huge rolled carpet fit perfect in my car.
