From my first step in the store, requiring several estimates to at last ordering the items, the experience was pleasant and smooth. Johji was responding quickly to all my questions and proposed different brands to fit my budget. It was such a pleasure to work with them when renovating bathrooms is a headache.

Excellent service...we were happily greeted by sales associate Cheryl who assisted us in finding and purchasing a Toto toilet and washlet. She had great knowledge on all the products in store and was able to answer all our questions. The Bathroom Store on Puuloa is a great showroom.
